Please do not send passwords. We never ask for your store password or project password.
Open the app, go to the upgrade or unlock screen, and choose Restore Purchases. Sign in with the same Apple, Google or Microsoft account you used to buy it. If it still does not appear, email support with your store, purchase date and the email on the account.
Yes. Cloud sync is part of the lifetime unlock and works across the platforms that support it. Sign in on each device and enable sync for the project. Local .ofcx files always work without sync.
On your device by default. A .ofcx project is a ZIP containing plain JSON, with a .bak backup and a crash-recovery journal. If you enable cloud sync, a copy is stored in your account's encrypted storage.
Yes. Drawing, splicing, tracing, local saves and exports do not need a connection. Only account sign-in and cloud sync need the network.
Send the platform, app version, the project or a screenshot if it is safe to share, the core or label you searched, and what you expected to see. A short sequence of steps helps us reproduce it.
Payments, taxes and refunds are handled by the store you bought from. Apple, Google and Microsoft each have a refund process. We can help with restore or licence issues, but the store controls the payment.
Local projects keep a .bak and a crash-recovery journal. For an off-device backup, copy the .ofcx file or enable cloud sync with the lifetime unlock. You can also export CSV, image or PDF for a read-only record.
